Introducing: Think North Photography

Back in 2016 I graduated from Slippery Rock University with my Bachelors degree in Communication with a concentration in Digital Media Production. After 6 years of college I knew I wanted to have my own business. Within a month of graduating I had created my brand, Think North Productions. I designed and launched my website and started trying to gain traction. I initially started the website advertising freelancing services including video, photography and design work. My first gigs were almost all video with some design work here and there. It was when I started doing photography gigs though things really started to take off.

During college I worked at the same store for almost 7 years. The first person to hire me for a photography gig was my store manager at the time, Jennifer Larimer. She let me take her wedding photos. From there I learned so much. from that point on each gig would usually turn into another and another. I was always grateful to Jenn for giving me that first chance to turn a hobby into something more. I fell in love with photography. I really became passionate about providing great memories for people to hold on to.

After years of getting exclusively photography gigs I’ve decided to no longer offer video and design services. I want to keep offering photography and really focus on that. So with that said I’m rebranding from Think North Productions to Think North Photography!
